Private Session Options
PERSONAL TRAINING
Clients will receive personal attention and an individual workout plan suited to their short term and long term goals. Trainers provide professional advice on weight management, body fat reduction, muscular strength and toning, and cardiovascular improvement. Trainers will also teach proper technique for use of all equipment including free weights, cardio equipment, and circuit training.
