The East Berlin Area Community Center was established in 1992 through the hard work and dedication of key volunteers that included Joanne Eisenhart, Charlie Wallace, Ken Young, Ted Cavenaungh, Warren Fry, Gerald Myers, Wayne Lau, Charlie Hoffman, Steve Heyser, Karen Wire and many others. At that time, the East Berlin and Abbottstown boroughs, Reading and Hamilton Townships in Adams County and Paradise and Washington Townships in York County joined together with equal representation to create an amazing vision for the future of East Berlin Area Community Center. This vision created a gathering place for our communities to enrich their lives by learning, playing, laughing, volunteering and socializing with a genuine feeling of belonging.

We are a strong, close-knit community that comes together in times of need.

EBACC will reopen, stronger than ever, and it will be that gathering place for all again soon."

EBACC Board President
Robin Heyser
