Classes are catered to all skill levels and ages so everyone is welcomed! Postures are integrated to help with strength, stability and flexibility with emphasis on proper alignment and having fun. Senior Boot Camp
A once- a- week class , with programming that will include a variety of upper body, core, lower body, and cardio-endurance exercises using a wide variety of motions. The target audience for this class is men and women ages 45-65 years old with goals of increasing cardio endurance, muscle endurance, and overall energy levels. This class will take a blended Cardiovascular and foundational training format using body weight strength exercises requiring only minimal equipment. Cardiovascular training includes group aerobic exercise: class members will participate in group walk/runs and calisthenics. The only equipment needed will be a floor mat for each participant, and a pair of appropriately weighted dumbbells for each student.
